Daily Practice: Strength, Flow & Restoration
Experience a balanced week of movement designed to energize, tone, and deeply restore. Your retreat begins with a 90-minute de-stress yoga session followed by a welcome dinner to connect with your group. Throughout the week, enjoy two daily classes blending Classical Pilates, Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, heart-opening sequences, and focused Pilates workshops targeting core strength, posture, lengthening, and total-body conditioning.
Morning sessions build strength, alignment, and endurance, while late afternoon practices emphasize mobility, flexibility, and mindful relaxation. Specialized sessions such as “Secondary Powerhouse” Pilates, Pilates with props, and lengthening & strengthening flows ensure variety and progressive development throughout the week. All classes are suitable for mixed levels and led by expert instructors from Sky Retreats. Mats, blocks, belts, and Pilates props are provided, so you can focus entirely on your practice.
Across the retreat, you’ll participate in 12+ classes, gaining tools you can continue using long after you return home.

Between classes, immerse yourself in the beauty and history of Santorini. Guided hikes from Fira to Oia reveal breathtaking caldera views and whitewashed cliffside villages. Step back in time with a visit to the remarkable Akrotiri Archaeological Site, one of the Aegean’s most important ancient settlements.
Wine lovers will enjoy a tasting experience at Santo Wines Winery, where volcanic soil produces distinctive island varieties paired with unforgettable sunset views.
