Forest Sanctuary & Experience
Set in a peaceful valley at Tourné in Ariège, this intimate retreat blends gentle Tao yoga, Qigong, and seated meditation in a setting of forests, river paths, and expansive night skies. The historic house, mature gardens, and surrounding wild landscape create the perfect backdrop for deep rest, clarity, and renewed energy. Nature is not just scenery here; it becomes part of the practice.
The program welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners. Movement is calm yet powerful, with clear guidance and progressive instruction so you can build confidence and carry the techniques home. Expect restorative sessions, quiet sitting, gentle chanting and practical tools for integrating Taoist energy work into daily life.
Retreat Schedule
Each day blends Tao yoga, standing meditation, moving Qigong and seated practice into a balanced flow of movement and stillness. Afternoons deepen the experience with mudras, chanting, and intrinsic awareness, while optional forest walks explore the Taoist connection with nature.
