14-Day Ayurvedic Healing Journey
This immersive 14-day program is designed to deeply cleanse, restore, and rebalance the body through traditional Ayurvedic therapies combined with daily yoga and meditation. Each day begins with sunrise yoga and meditation, followed by carefully selected treatments tailored to support detoxification, circulation, and energetic harmony. Evenings conclude with calming sunset yoga sessions.
Throughout the journey, you will experience a wide range of authentic Ayurvedic therapies including Abhyanga oil massage, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Marma energy healing, Reflexology, Bashpasweda herbal steam, Njavarakhizi, Elakizhi, and Takradhara, among many others.
The program also includes enriching cultural and nature experiences such as visits to Banjar Hot Springs and Vihara Temple, eco-forest walks, and a magical sunrise dolphin sail along Bali’s north coast. The retreat concludes on Day 14 with a rejuvenating Ayurvedic facial before departure.
Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama
Yoga at the resort ranges from gentle, grounding movements to more dynamic, energizing practices, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit through asana, pranayama, and meditation. Each session offers a unique experience designed to expand body awareness, increase flexibility and stamina, and cultivate inner peace.
Classes are led by experienced yoga masters and can be tailored to individual needs. Sessions take place in inspiring locations, including the Avani yoga pavilion surrounded by tropical gardens, the tree-top Nirvanam terrace overlooking rice fields and the Bali Sea, or the peaceful ashram room and library.
Meditation practices focus on concentration and conscious awareness, supporting mental clarity and emotional balance. Pranayama, the science of controlled breathing, is integrated daily to purify the body and calm the mind.
