Program

The yoga practice will actually be tailored to the class participants. At all times, the teacher will keep the lessons easy to follow, and the theoretical arguments are normally enjoyed by all students.

Healthy living and spirituality. As well as the physical yoga practise, including mental, spiritual, and philosophical aspects. Genuine results will be seen both mentally and physically, and the teacher’s own experience will aid this journey. Thanks to the progressive approach, you should see improvements in breathing, balance, mobility, and circulation. The yoga practice will boost tendon, muscle, bone and ligament strength. Unquestionably you will go back home re-energized, refreshed, stronger, more relaxed, in a good space, and open to the world.

The retreat method enables experienced and beginners to practice together, even though there are different parameters while look out for while teaching, such as the physical constitution of the practitioner, location (hot, humid, dry), time (morning, lunch, evening), aspiration (general wellbeing, strengthening or stretching the body, calming effect, mood enhancer), activities (does the person often sits, does he/she practice other activities), capacities (strength, flexibility, memory), and sometimes as well we will address age and gender (hormonal changes).

Your first yoga practice with us will start the day of your arrival in the afternoon at 17:00

Daily Schedule

  • 08:00 – 09:00 Water, coffee, tea, and juices
  • 09:00 – 10:15 Morning yoga lesson
  • 10:15 – 10:45 Breakfast, a healthy and hearty affair
  • 11:00 – 17:00 as well as free time (relax by the pool, other beauty treatments, a guided tour in the Medina
  • 17:00 – 18:30 Afternoon yoga lesson
  • 19:30 Dinner can be served
