Arrival Day

  • 15:30 airport pick-up from Valencia Airport and transfer to the retreat center (1 km from the beach).

  • 07:45–08:45 Energizing yoga
  • 09:00–10:00 Slow yoga or meditation
  • 10:00–11:00 Brunch
  • 11:00–17:30 Free time (beach, relaxation, tours, workshops)

Departure Day

  • 11:00 transfer back to Valencia Airport.
