A Boutique Island Sailing Experience
Spend six unforgettable days exploring the turquoise waters of the Saronic Gulf, combining the freedom of sailing with daily yoga and the comfort of hotel accommodation ashore. This experience is designed for travelers who want more than a standard yoga retreat — it’s for those who crave sea breezes, island-hopping adventure, and the joy of waking up somewhere new each day.
Each morning begins onboard as you prepare to sail from Alimos Marina or Kallithea Marina. Under the expert guidance of Alt Travel, you will cruise through crystal-clear waters, drop anchor in hidden coves, swim straight from the yacht, and practice yoga surrounded by endless blue horizons. While sailing life is simple and space onboard is limited, the yacht is equipped with a kitchen, electricity, and warm showers to ensure a comfortable journey.
Unlike traditional sailing trips, your evenings are spent in single en-suite hotel rooms on each island, offering privacy and restful sleep after a full day at sea. Evenings are relaxed and social, dine in traditional Greek tavernas, stroll along picturesque harbours, or explore island streets on foot orby scooter. The route is flexible and weather-dependent, ensuring safe and enjoyable sailing conditions throughout the week.
Itinerary Highlights
A flexible, weather-wise route lets the skipper choose the best crossings each day. Below are typical highlights:

- Day 2 — Ancient Epidaurus: Cruise to Ancient Epidaurus with swimming stops; visit the famous ancient theatre if time allows.
- Day 3 — Poros: Sail to Poros; snorkel at scenic coves, evening practice, and meals by the waterfront.
- Day 4 — Vathi / Methana & Thermal Spring: Reach Vathi (Methana) with a short dip at Pafsanias thermal spring (included quick soak), then evening yoga.
- Day 5 — Agistri & Kyra islet: Swim and paddle near Agistri and the quiet islet of Kyra, sunset practice, and taverna dinner.
- Day 6 — Moni & Return to Athens: Morning visit to protected Moni islet (wildlife sightings), final swim, then sail back to the marina arriving in the evening.
