While they do not offer organized excursions, the serene forest surrounding the center provides the perfect opportunity for peaceful walks in nature. Take time to breathe in the fresh mountain air, immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings, and reconnect with yourself. This time in nature is the perfect complement to your yoga practice, fostering deep relaxation and inner peace.

While they encourage you to enjoy the surrounding nature at your leisure, they do not organize group hikes as the primary focus is on maximizing the benefits of the yoga and meditation sessions scheduled in the program. The intention is to provide a well-rounded experience that prioritizes your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being during your stay.

If you want to explore the area, you can extend your stay by a day or two to fully experience the region. They can recommend breathtaking hikes for all levels, and in winter, you can enjoy skiing at resorts just 20 minutes away.
