Experience a month-long reset at Bali Hill, set on the tranquil island of Bali. This flexible and non-compulsory 28-day program is thoughtfully designed to help you heal from within by combining authentic Balinese culture, daily yoga and meditation, organic detox practices, and rejuvenating spa therapies. Each day offers a balanced rhythm of movement, nourishment, rest, and cultural immersion, allowing you to reconnect with yourself in a supportive and natural environment.
Throughout your stay, you’ll experience enriching village activities such as traditional Balinese cooking classes, waterfall purification ceremonies, rice-paddy trekking, coconut oil and pastry-making workshops, Hindu offering rituals, cultural village tours, and traditional dance performances alongside relaxing beach time. You are free to participate as much or as little as you wish, creating a personalized journey that supports gradual, sustainable transformation at your own pace.
Daily Rhythm — Sample Schedule
A gentle, repeatable daily structure keeps the focus on nourishment, practice, and downtime so you can fully integrate each day’s work.
Day 1 (Arrival) — Balinese lunch, welcome drink & complimentary spa treatment, afternoon yoga or cultural activity, fresh juice and dinner.
Days 2–27 (Typical Day) — Morning fresh juice; 90-minute Vinyasa/Hatha & meditation; Balinese breakfast; mid-day “me time” or spa; Indonesian lunch; afternoon yoga or village activity; evening juice and dinner. Spa treatments are scheduled every other day so you get deep rest. Follow the schedule or skip sessions as you prefer—the choice is yours.
Day 28 (Departure) — Final morning practice, breakfast, and farewell lunch before departure.
