Daily Rhythm
Movement, Nature & Nourishment
Each day unfolds at a gentle pace, blending mindful activity with space to simply be. Mornings begin with tea or coffee, followed by yoga overlooking the mountains and sea. After a wholesome homemade breakfast, enjoy free time to explore, relax, or receive a therapeutic session.
Afternoons may include a beach or mountain hike, seasonal island activities, or dips in natural thermal springs. Evenings close with yoga or meditation before gathering for a nourishing dinner shared around the table.
