With a rich background in several yoga traditions, Opale guides a comprehensive exploration of each posture. Her sessions begin gently, combining breathwork and fluid movements that awaken muscles and joints. Over the course of the week, she progressively prepares you for more challenging poses through targeted core and back-strengthening practices.

Opale teaches with professionalism and sensitivity, creating a nurturing space where each student can grow with kindness and joy. Through the distinctive principles of Sukhita Yoga—the yoga of happiness—you’ll gain tools to build self-confidence and ease, both on and off the mat.

Yoga

Each day, Opale tailors her flowing yoga sequences to suit your individual needs. Rooted in Sukhita Yoga, her teaching focuses on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. You will enjoy three hours of daily yoga on a shaded terrace, surrounded by tranquil nature.

Morning practices are followed by a nourishing lunch. Every session includes asanas (postures), vinyasa (dynamic sequencing), pranayama (breathing exercises), and mindfulness meditation.

If you wish, Pilates-based exercises can be integrated to further strengthen your core and support spinal health. For participants with ongoing physical conditions, Opale will adapt and personalise the practice to your needs, ensuring a safe and beneficial experience.

Free Time

From 12:00 onwards, your time is your own. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, exploring the island, enjoying a massage, or simply resting under the shade of palm trees.

In the evenings, discover the charm of Santa Eulària, with its picturesque marina and wide sandy beach. The town is only a 15-minute drive away and offers every convenience—pharmacies, banks, cafés, and boutiques. From the port, you can easily catch a shuttle boat to Formentera or Ibiza Town, making your retreat experience as relaxing or adventurous as you wish.
