Enjoy six unforgettable days of sailing and yoga (Sunday to Friday evening) across the crystal-clear waters of the Greek islands. This retreat is designed for travelers who dream of spending their holidays aboard a sailing yacht — swimming in turquoise bays, exploring charming islands, and practicing yoga surrounded by the serenity of the sea.
Please note that space and comfort on board are limited, as is typical for sailing trips, so a spirit of simplicity and adventure is essential.
Important Retreat Information
Your journey begins on Sunday morning at either Alimos or Kalithea Marina in Athens. Boarding starts at 8:00 a.m., and the boat sets sail shortly after. For the following days, you’ll enjoy overnight stays in comfortable single en-suite hotel rooms on each island.
Since space on board is limited, please pack light and avoid large hard-shell suitcases. The yacht is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, electricity, and warm showers for your comfort.
For the sailing days, you’ll need little more than swimwear, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Evenings on the water can be cool, so bring a warm sweater and a light waterproof jacket.
Before departure, the group will stop at a local supermarket to stock up on supplies for breakfasts and lunches on board. In the evenings, the boat will dock in a harbor where you can enjoy dinner at a traditional Greek taverna and restock provisions if needed.
Plan a budget of around €200 for meals and drinks for the entire week, as dining in Greece is pleasantly affordable.
All sailing routes are subject to weather and wind conditions, and your experienced skipper from Alt Travel will always prioritize safety over distance. Each stop includes time to explore the islands — whether by scooter, on foot, or simply relaxing at the beach.
If at any point you feel unwell, don’t hesitate to let the crew know. Seasickness medication is always available on board. For any other questions or special requests, feel free to reach out before your trip — the Alt Travel team looks forward to welcoming you aboard.
