Mornings begin with an active Hatha and mixed dynamic yoga session. The yoga shala is set by the sea, offering a peaceful space filled with the sound of waves in the background. The rooftop yoga area is cleaned daily, and mats are disinfected and sanitised after each class.

In the afternoons, yoga takes place by the beach and focuses on Yin and Restorative practices combined with meditation. If the weather is unfavourable, outdoor sessions are moved indoors. On arrival day, there is a gentle afternoon practice followed by dinner, and on departure day, a morning yoga session is held before breakfast.
