The yoga retreat at Hilltop Wellness Resort offers a balanced mix of daily yoga, wellness activities, and cultural experiences, designed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. Each day includes two yoga classes—an energizing Hatha or Vinyasa practice in the morning and a calming session in the evening, with complimentary sunrise yoga on select days. Guests can choose from three types of activities: Active excursions, Relaxed self-care options, or Thai Heritage experiences, allowing for a personalized pace each day. One designated rest day provides time to unwind at the resort or explore the island independently, with optional massages, spa treatments, or additional excursions available for a small fee.

 

Set amid Phuket’s lush hills and jungle, the resort offers stunning panoramic views, an infinity pool, and the award-winning Plearn Restaurant serving innovative Thai tapas. Guests can immerse themselves in wellness offerings such as aromatherapy rituals, cultural workshops, and meditation sessions, creating a retreat that balances movement, relaxation, and cultural connection in a serene and inspiring environment.

Daily schedule

On check-in day, guests are welcomed with an airport transfer, a refreshing drink, and lunch, followed by an evening yoga class (except on Sundays, when yoga is offered at lunchtime) and dinner at Plearn Restaurant.

 

During a typical full day from Monday to Saturday, mornings begin with yoga, followed by breakfast at the restaurant. Guests can then choose an excursion or activity, Active, Relaxed, or Thai Heritage, complete with lunch. Afternoons offer free time to relax at the resort, enjoy the pool, or have a fresh juice or smoothie. Evenings include another yoga session and dinner at Plearn.

 

On Sundays, the schedule shifts slightly: after morning yoga and breakfast, guests enjoy some relaxation time before lunchtime yoga, followed by lunch and an afternoon excursion. Dinner may be at the resort or an outside restaurant.

 

Check-out day includes a final morning yoga session and breakfast, some leisure time to enjoy the pool or a beverage, and an airport transfer to conclude the retreat.
